For fleet managers

You are the one who authorises. At any hour, from wherever you are.

Your driver does not negotiate, does not front money and does not wait for a workshop to open. You see the itemised quote, you approve, the technician rolls.

01 The six steps, from your desk

What you do and what we do.

  1. 00–05

    01 The alert comes in

The driver opens it over WhatsApp, or you open it from the portal. Location, plate and photo.

Nothing, if the driver opens it
  2. 05–10

    02 We filter

An operator confirms the real fault and rules out the call-out that was not needed.

    Nothing
  3. 10–20

    03 We find the workshop

The nearest approved one, under 50 km, with a matching speciality.

    Nothing
  4. 20–25

    04 You approve

You get the itemised quote: call-out, labour hours and parts. Two buttons.

    Approve and pre-authorise
  5. 25–120

    05 You follow the repair

Live status and the technician's arrival at the kilometre point. Worksheet signed by your driver.

    Watch, if you want to
  6. 24 h

    06 You reconcile

One line per incident with its worksheet and its two invoices attached. At month end, a single statement.

    Reconcile

02 Approval

Three in the morning is the use case, not the exception.

Open the approval inbox

The approval inbox is designed for one hand and one phone screen. Rate breakdown at the top, total in large type, two buttons at the bottom. Nothing else.

  1. Mandatory breakdown: call-out + hours × rate + parts
  2. The commission applied is visible, not buried
  3. Reject is a big button too: not everything gets approved
  4. If the amount changes at the roadside, it comes back to you

03 History

Everything hangs off the plate.

Every vehicle has its thread: incidents, workshops that have touched it, parts fitted and signed worksheets. When the same reefer throws its third alarm in two months, that stops being bad luck and becomes data.

  1. Six-step timeline per incident
  2. Signed digital worksheet, downloadable
  3. Filter by fault, corridor and workshop
  4. CSV export on the Premium plan

04 Pilot

Free pilot. No subscription, you pay per use.

You register the plates, you define who authorises and up to what amount, and you are in. If in three months we have not saved you one night of a stranded truck, you stop without calling anyone.

  1. Fleet onboarding in an afternoon
  2. No lock-in and no minimum spend
  3. 18 % commission on the service, published
  4. Flota Premium when it pays off: 49 €/truck/month

05 The demo

Fifteen minutes, no slide deck.

Tell us how many trucks you run and where. You leave the call with coverage, prices and lead times in writing. And if your route is not covered yet, we say so.
